OrgaCount is a completely new scientific, web-based software designed by AquaEcology to aid the counting of organisms of different taxonomic groups. A current version is implemented for the analysis of phytoplankton and zooplankton as well as macrozoobenthos. Especially for phytoplankton, this application may be used for the determination of size classes and the calculation of biovolumes and other statistics used in monitoring procedures.  Go and get your test login! You can easily receive a 60-days personal login for OrgaCount with full functionality without any obligation.
